Co-operation Zwapak and Van Dillewijn |

Zwapak Group BV shareholders and Van Dillewijn Group BV shareholders have recently come to an agreement re. a co-operation between both companies.
In order to effect this, all shares belonging to the Zwapak Group will be transferred to the Van Dillewijn Group. The Zwapak Group shareholders will gain an interest in the Van Dillewijn Group.
Both companies will continue to operate independently within the new arisen group. Naturally, the company proceedings will be optimised. Main focus will be towards Logistics and back-office.
Both Zwapak and Van Dillewijn are companies with a long history. Both ventures originate from the 1930's and have developed into important players with a wide spread and good reputation where packaging- and decoration materials for horticulture are concerned.
Zwapak has been an authority in the field of design and innovation. Providing customers with quality is of key value to the organisation.
Van Dillewijn makes a difference due to i.e. world wide sourcing and supply chain management. Both enterprises will remain focussed on their differentiating features. To further fortify the businesses, the present know-how will be shared which will ultimately result in an improved level of service to the customer.
